- Application Under-Pressure
The application of the sealant is made under pressure, a feature that greatly enhances the effects of the finished product. Since no instrument (roller, brush ) are used and affect your entry, there is virtually no stains from the application process. When the application is completed, it as a beautiful uniform appearance.
- Asphalt Sealer
The sealer we use is as an extension of your asphalt. The important thing is that it is already made partly of asphalt. It's already part of the bituminous mix from your entryway. What this means is that it will restore your asphalt paving to an appearance of anew, rather than painted makeup effect as commonly happened when homeowners to it themselves.
The rain does not affect a freshly applied sealant. The water will bead on the entry and will harden the sealer faster. It is very important tho to ensure the entryway is dry before the application begins, if the area is wet, the sealant will not be absorbed. If it rains the day before your appointment please make sure no items are left on the pavement as to allow it to dry under the sun.
- 10°C and +
The minimum required temperature in order for us to apply the sealant. Often In spring, people ask us, "Does it bother if it's a little cold at night following the application?" In our experience , this has never caused any problem.
The required drying time is three days (including the day when the sealant is applied) for vehicle traffic and three hours for walking around.
Cleaning is always included in the price. We do a thorough cleaning with high pressure blowers and mechanical sweepers. If necessary, we can perform a pressurized water cleanup for a small fee.
The sealing of cracks is also included, up to five. It's always in the best interest to reduce the amount of water seepage under your pavement. The sealant we use does a great job . Note that it's a process that should be repeated every year.

- Hot Asphalt
For our asphalt repairs or additions, we use premium hot asphalt to ensure the sustainability of our work. Our equipment is designed to keep hot asphalt, professionally transported to your home for the repairs.
- Smooth Finish
For paving your driveway, we use fine grade asphalt, as the aggregate is much smaller than the street asphalt. This gives a uniform and smooth surface appearance . We are aware that in the best of cases, there would be no addition of asphalt on your driveway but when necessary, for example to prevent infiltration of water, we do it carefully in order to enhance the aesthetic appearance of your driveway.
